Human Resource Business Partner - Contractor (SaaS)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies, talent plans, and workforce decisions with organizational objectives.
• Support workforce planning, hiring plans, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and employee development.
• Coach managers on employee relations, team dynamics, organizational design, and talent management.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead employee relations activities and support organizational change, business growth, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and People Operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR business partner and/or HR generalist roles.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and employment compliance.
• Proficiency with human resources information systems; Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to operate as an employee advocate, business advisor, and organizational partner in a dynamic environment.

• Experience supporting leaders in high-growth technology or SaaS organizations.
• Experience with organizational change, restructures, mergers, acquisitions, or business transformation.
• Experience analyzing workforce metrics and applying data-driven HR practices.
• Strong business acumen and experience connecting workforce decisions to organizational and financial performance.
