What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to tax and legal advisory leaders to scale platform usage across service lines.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, from running pilots to firm-wide onboarding and adoption.
• Serve as the internal voice of tax and legal users to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver high-impact product demos and training sessions for diverse professional services stakeholders.
• Develop scalable playbooks and document best practices for professional services firms.
• Guide clients through the strategic shift toward AI-driven tax compliance and regulatory advisory.

Requirements

• Background in law, tax, or legal operations, ideally at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice.
• Must be based in Munich and able to work on-site.
• Fluent in German, Dutch/Flemish, or French to support DACH or Benelux markets.
• Tech-curious mindset with a passion for generative AI and technology implementation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in evaluating and improving processes within professional services environments.
