D365 CE CRM Developer (Field Service)

Location: Hybrid, 60% office-based and 40% home-based, from Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham, or Uxbridge, United Kingdom. Candidates must have lived in the UK for at least the last five years, without leaving the country for more than 30 consecutive days during that period, to be eligible for Security Clearance.

Salary: £44,241–£58,997 per annum, plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution. Uxbridge-based candidates are eligible for an additional £4,000 London Weighting.

What you will do

• Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service solutions for enterprise projects.
• Configure and extend Field Service capabilities, including Universal Resource Scheduling and Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
• Build plugins and custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop solutions across Power Platform, Dataverse, Model-driven and Canvas Apps, and Power Automate.
• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment.
• Coach and mentor software developers and test engineers.

Requirements

• Experience developing with Dynamics 365 CE and the Field Service module.
• In-depth knowledge of Universal Resource Scheduling and Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
• Development experience with C#, .NET, Dynamics plugins, JavaScript or TypeScript, and relevant Power Platform technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, ALM pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Dataverse.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, user support, and user-focused service delivery skills.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance is required, including five years of UK residence with no absence exceeding 30 consecutive days.
