What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise solutions built on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Deliver new application capabilities, workflow automation, and business process improvements.
• Develop and maintain C# plugins, custom workflow activities, integrations, APIs, and Power Platform components.
• Lead the technical implementation of approved changes and enhancement requests.
• Investigate and resolve complex application and integration issues as a senior escalation point.
• Improve performance, scalability, maintainability, supportability, and solution architecture across enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and business process automation.
• Experience with C# plugin development, integrations, custom APIs, JavaScript, and client-side customisation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD concepts, environment management, and solution deployment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, solution design, and technical documentation skills.
• Valid PL-400 qualification required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Azure integration technologies, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or Azure SQL.
• Experience with complex integrated Microsoft application estates, managed services, or regulated environments.
