What you will do

• Act as a CRM advisor across requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, demonstrations, and launch support.
• Estimate project and ticket effort and lead design, development, and implementation activities.
• Scope complex Salesforce projects and enterprise integrations.
• Review code and solution documentation for best-practice alignment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and assess future integration requirements.
• Create technical and business-process documentation and share knowledge across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience delivering at least one large Salesforce integration project.
• Strong understanding of scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions, complex technical issue resolution, and technical project management.
• Experience with Agile projects and JIRA, plus strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience with large-scale, complex datasets.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Conga CLM development experience.
• Experience with DevOps platforms such as Copado or Gearset.
• MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technology experience.
• Understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
