Senior Account Manager (Healthcare Marketing)

Location: Fully remote, with South Africa preferred. Working hours follow standard EST business hours.

Salary: $2,500–$3,000 USD per month

What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for C-suite clients in healthcare and dental equipment manufacturing.
• Translate SEO, paid search, social media, web design, and other digital marketing initiatives into business outcomes.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, strategic audits, onboarding sessions, webinars, and thought leadership presentations.
• Quality-control creative, strategic, and technical deliverables across internal teams.
• Manage B2B account portfolios, including budgets, scope, timelines, deliverables, forecasting, and client coordination.
• Drive retention, renewals, upselling, and account growth while coordinating paid media, SEO, creative, web, content, and development teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of account management experience in digital marketing agencies.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, website design, and digital marketing strategy.
• Experience managing C-suite relationships in B2B, healthcare, or dental sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, executive presence, consultative sales ability, and public presentation skills.
• Experience with project management and CRM tools such as ClickUp, plus reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Proven success with upselling, renewals, scope expansion, and account growth.

Nice to have

• Experience working with US-based agencies and US clients.
• BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
