Account Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Tenerife, Spain; hybrid working options available.

What you will do

• Design and execute account plans to win new business and expand existing customer relationships.
• Build customer value and loyalty while identifying stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.
• Manage tenders and price quotations with customer service, tender management, and product teams.
• Launch products and solutions, manage customer complaints, and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Maintain CRM data, collect market feedback, and suggest product and service improvements.
• Organize symposia, conferences, and regional exhibitions in online and offline formats.

Requirements

• Higher education or relevant experience in business and/or healthcare.
• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English and fluent Spanish required.
• Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of hospital decision-making processes are advantageous.
