Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP) - Evening Schedule

Location: Fully remote within the United States; Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm EST.

Salary: $110,000–$121,500 annual base salary for a 0.9 FTE role, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Oversee medical care for empaneled patients and improve clinical outcomes for pregnant people and newborns.
• Attend daily clinical huddles and collaborate with RNs, LCSWs, and RDs across the clinical pod.
• Review complex patient cases, develop care plans, and support evidence-based care delivery.
• Monitor adverse events and lead clinical retrospectives to identify protocol improvements.
• Lead the development and review of evidence-based obstetric and women’s health protocols and algorithms.

Requirements

• Active compact RN license required.
• NP or CNM qualification with significant obstetric experience and some infant-care experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as an advanced practice provider.
• Experience treating high-risk patients and improving evidence-based perinatal outcomes.
• Experience using data to improve patient engagement, activation, and outcomes.
• Strong collaboration, team leadership, organization, communication, adaptability, and comfort with multiple technology platforms.

Nice to have

• Telehealth or remote monitoring experience.
• Experience managing higher-risk patients in outpatient or home-based settings.
