Weekend Everyday Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Responsive Care

Location: Remote USA; four 10-hour shifts per week, including one weekend shift per month, from 11am-9pm EST.

Salary: $121,000–$171,720 annually.

What you will do

• Conduct virtual Care OnDemand visits, evaluate and diagnose acute illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and establish care plans.
• Assess quality-of-care interventions, social needs, home health requirements, and durable medical equipment needs.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, pharmacy, nursing, social work, family members, and caregivers.
• Use the electronic health information system and provide feedback to improve the user interface.
• Support weekend clinical-nurse triage in certain geographies.
• Contribute to new clinical programs and innovative virtual-care practices as service needs evolve.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, preferably in urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care, or internal medicine.
• Active RN and APRN licenses or an active Physician Assistant license, all in good standing.
• Ability to obtain licenses in requested states within 90 days of hire and additional states as needed; licensing costs and administrative support are provided.
• Active BLS certification.
• Must be willing to work remotely from the USA on the specified four-10-hour shift schedule, including weekend coverage.

Nice to have

• Three or more years in acute or urgent care, emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine, or acute-focused primary care.
• Bilingual Spanish and English skills.
• Experience delivering visits through telehealth video platforms.
• Experience managing CHF, diabetic, COPD, and hypertensive emergencies.
