Senior Manager, Product Designer (Restaurant Operations)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences across the Infinite Kitchen Center product portfolio, including order display, prep sequencing, kitchen order management, dispatch, marketplace aggregation, recipe and bill-of-materials management, and menu tooling.
• Move between individual products and cross-platform workflows to resolve complex operational handoffs and reduce friction.
• Combine user research, operator feedback, and performance data to guide product design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design artifacts for effective developer handoff.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback from operators.
• Partner with product managers, analysts, engineers, and operational stakeholders to improve growth and operational metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing operational, high-stakes, B2B, or internal tools, preferably in logistics, retail operations, field service, restaurants, or warehousing.
• Portfolio demonstrating the design process and work across multiple fidelity levels from start to finish.
• Proficiency in Figma and other interaction design tools.
• Strong visual and typographic skills, with the ability to solve complex user flows and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Experience shipping production designs and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to design for shared devices, gloved hands, poor lighting, noisy kitchens, hardware constraints, unreliable networks, and high staff turnover.
