What you will do

• Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of board-level analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop high-speed, high-precision ADC/DAC signal chains, analog front ends, amplification, filtering, driver stages, feedback loops, and calibration.
• Design precision high-voltage circuits operating up to ±225 V, with high frequency, low distortion, low offset, and robust stability.
• Create behavioral and SPICE models, simulate performance, and analyze noise, distortion, offset, drift, bandwidth, and stability.
• Debug and validate systems in the laboratory, resolving signal integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal, and parasitic-related issues.
• Collaborate with digital, FPGA, system, power, and software teams through product integration, validation, production support, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design; PhD graduates may qualify with less experience.
• Strong knowledge of operational amplifiers, precision analog design, ADC/DAC interfacing, signal-chain optimization, and high-speed or high-voltage analog systems.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, TINA, Cadence, ADS, or equivalent.
• Programming experience with Python, MATLAB, or similar tools for modeling and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and related measurement equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-noise design, high-linearity systems above 16-bit ENOB, precision measurement, or high-frequency analog design.
• Background in semiconductor equipment, precision control systems, high-speed data acquisition, or related precision systems.
• Experience with EDA tools, Xpedition, or JESD204B-based ADC systems.
• Experience leading complex subsystem development or working in global, cross-site teams.
