Risk Manager

What you will do

• Design and roll out hirify.global’s first formal enterprise risk management framework, including risk architecture, registers, and evaluation tools.
• Own corporate and fleet insurance programs, including renewals, coverage placement, exposure gathering, and broker coordination across US and EU jurisdictions.
• Establish end-to-end claims handling workflows with operations, legal counsel, and third-party administrators.
• Partner with operations, fleet management, technology, and legal teams to align coverage with autonomous and electric vehicle operations.
• Support SEC risk disclosures, public company readiness, and relevant European governance reporting, including CSRD.
• Build executive and board-level risk dashboards using loss data and analytics to optimize retention limits and total cost of risk.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in enterprise risk management, corporate insurance, claims handling, or corporate risk consulting.
• Experience preferably in technology, automotive, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Working knowledge of risk disclosure requirements for publicly listed companies, corporate governance, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience structuring complex corporate insurance policies, including D&O, cyber, commercial auto/fleet, general liability, and product liability.
• Ability to translate insurance data, operational vulnerabilities, and risk concepts into actionable executive recommendations.
• Ability to design and implement structured processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
