Analyst, Risk

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. Onsite role with occasional travel to other business sites, including out-of-state locations where applicable. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate casualty claims, including auto liability, general liability, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Work with third-party administrators, insurance carriers, internal business units, and other stakeholders to support timely claim resolution.
• Monitor claim activity, reserves, litigation status, outcomes, and significant or complex matters.
• Develop KPIs, regular reports, ad-hoc analyses, and business insights from claims data.
• Coordinate data and document management, OSHA reporting, wage statements, certificates of insurance, and Auto ID cards.
• Support underwriting data collection, invoice processing, training, process improvement, problem-solving, and waste elimination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of F&I products and understanding of technical and business requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, documentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and lead formal or informal meetings that support operational decisions.
