What you will do

• Process insurance applications from initial receipt through policy placement.
• Communicate application status with clients, agents, and other interested parties.
• Order and retrieve underwriting requirements, clarify requests, and obtain additional documentation.
• Facilitate suitability approvals and agent signature requirements while following regulatory processes.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant electronic files through policy issuance.
• Set policies up for issue, assemble policy documents, and coordinate final delivery.

Requirements

• Background in the insurance industry and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, organization, and time management.
• Superior verbal, written, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and contribute as part of a team.
• Ability to meet or exceed department productivity and quality standards.
