AI Ops Engineer (GTM)

What you will do

• Shape and maintain the AI roadmap for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Design and build AI copilots, agents, retrieval-augmented workflows, and human-in-the-loop automations for GTM use cases.
• Deliver GTM AI solutions from concept through production in collaboration with GTM AI Builders, AI Operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor deployed tools, measure adoption and business impact, and improve solutions based on feedback and changing needs.
• Evaluate AI tooling, maintain documentation and testing standards, and coach GTM teams on responsible AI adoption.
• Stay involved with customers and the sales process to identify practical AI opportunities and improve revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a GTM, revenue operations, or customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company, covering the revenue cycle from pipeline to renewal.
• 1–3 years of experience leading AI optimization of GTM workflows with completed initiatives and measurable results.
• Base-level Python scripting skills and foundational knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer success platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or Outreach.
• Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration platforms such as n8n, Tines, or LangChain, plus strong customer orientation and strategic communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLM, legal tech, eDiscovery, or enterprise software for legal, procurement, or finance buyers.
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance, build registries, centralized AI or data operations, and Snowflake or equivalent cloud data platforms.
• Experience with customer events, industry conferences, field sales activities, or private equity-backed SaaS organizations.
