Salary: $120,000–$130,000 base + equity

What you will do

• Build an end-to-end content engine covering ingestion, theme extraction, drafting, and evaluations.
• Develop and manage multi-step LLM pipelines with structured outputs and rigorous evals to avoid "slop".
• Create high-impact technical content, including webinars and product videos.
• Own growth metrics such as reach, engagement, and pipeline influence.
• Collaborate directly with founders and customers to refine category messaging.
• Contribute to the broader Growth stack as constraints evolve.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, marketing ops, RevOps, or as a founder.
• Proven ability to write and storyteller for a technical audience.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills (multi-step pipelines, not just chatting with models).
• Data fluency in pipelines, dbt, and data warehouses.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in data observability, developer tools, or infrastructure.
• Experience growing a personal technical audience (newsletter, blog, or open source).
• Experience building agentic workflows using MCP servers or tool-using agents.
