GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; Brooklyn office available optionally.

Base salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Build the content engine end to end, including ingestion, theme extraction, drafting, evaluation, and review.
• Create webinars, technical content, product marketing materials, and product videos.
• Develop multi-step LLM pipelines with prompt engineering, structured outputs, author-specific voices, and regression evaluations.
• Own audience growth and measure reach, engagement, content quality, and pipeline influence.
• Build agentic workflows using Claude Code, MCP servers, and agent skills.
• Work directly with founders, customers, and customer engineers to improve hirify.global’s category messaging and broader Growth stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building go-to-market systems through growth engineering, marketing operations, technical content, RevOps, or a founder role.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with demonstrated work read by a technical audience.
• Serious prompt-engineering experience with multi-step LLM pipelines, structured outputs, and evaluations.
• Ability to work autonomously with Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, dbt, and data warehouses.
• Fluent English and availability to work remotely from the United States.

• Marketing or growth experience in data, developer tools, or infrastructure.
• Experience growing a technical audience through a newsletter, blog, LinkedIn, or open source.
• Experience shipping MCP servers, Claude skills, or tool-using agents to real users.
• Experience with data quality, data management, or data observability.
