GTM AI Engineer

Location: NYC, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location. Equity and performance-based incentives may also be available.

What you will do

• Own AI projects end to end, from identifying a business problem through production deployment and daily adoption.
• Work across GTM, operations, product, strategy, sales, marketing, field engineering, and partner functions to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate undocumented internal processes into requirements, specifications, and working AI-powered systems.
• Deploy AI applications using cloud infrastructure and integrate them with the GTM technology stack.
• Prioritize a pipeline of AI projects with GTM leadership and keep complex cross-functional initiatives on track.

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications or workflows used in real-world environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Workato, HubSpot, Zapier, Claude Code, Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading internal projects with multiple stakeholders and managing competing or changing requirements.
• Experience conducting user interviews and gathering requirements directly from end users.
• Understanding of structuring data and context for consistent, reliable AI outputs in production.
• Strong analytical skills, ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of shipping useful solutions.
