Senior Project Manager (Clinical)

Location: Remote within Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, or the United Kingdom; willingness to travel approximately 25% is required.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day global project and programme management activities.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project scope.
• Oversee vendors and produce clear, actionable project documentation and reports.
• Mentor team members and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive global project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
