Manufacturing Supervisor - Third Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Lewiston, Idaho, United States; onsite, third shift

Salary: $80,200–$112,400 per year

What you will do

• Direct the department and manage indicators to meet production objectives.
• Coordinate communication and product flow across upstream and downstream departments.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, conduct reviews, mentor employees, and support goal setting.
• Assess training needs, oversee training, and promote employee engagement during organizational changes.
• Address personnel issues, resolve differences, and provide staffing and capital input using operational data.
• Maintain work instructions and reports while promoting safety, SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and department business systems such as Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, and SQS.
• Strong professional communication, writing, documentation, prioritization, organization, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new skills, assume new responsibilities, and work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results required.

Nice to have

• College degree, such as a BS or BA.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and department business systems.
