Salary: $77,235–$95,408 annually for future Production Supervisor opportunities.

What you will do

• Directly supervise hourly production team members and execute daily production plans.
• Set performance expectations, coordinate staffing and capacity adjustments, and monitor productivity and schedule attainment.
• Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, shipping, inventory control, sales, purchasing, maintenance, and production management.
• Lead troubleshooting, continuous improvement, 5S, safety, and product support activities.
• Manage onboarding, training, cross-training, communications, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Use ERP, attendance, and manufacturing systems to support labor, inventory, and production processes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Two-year associate degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and employee-relations standards.
• Ability to perform sedentary office work, repetitive hand and wrist motions, and occasional mobility for in-person meetings and office tasks.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field.
• Excel experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• SAP experience.
