What you will do

• Perform hands-on semiconductor failure analysis, including die polishing, deprocessing, sample preparation, and chemical decoration.
• Operate Focused Ion Beam, Scanning Electron Microscopy, and EDX analysis tools.
• Process FA requests, prepare detailed reports, update the FA database, and meet required turnaround times.
• Conduct root cause analysis, identify failure trends, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Review technicians' FA work, provide training and certification, and support quality monitoring programs.
• Maintain FA equipment through preventive maintenance, uptime management, housekeeping, and safe operating practices.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to handle chemicals without physical allergies to common solvents, acids, or alkaline substances.
• Ability to work safely and follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security procedures.
