Nursing Manager of Ops-Interventional Services

Location: 1000 N. Westmoreland, Lake Forest, Illinois, United States; onsite hospital operations.

Salary: $61.21–$79.58 per hour

What you will do

• Manage daily operations, workflows, staffing, resources, budgets, and performance for designated interventional services.
• Provide supervision, coaching, performance reviews, and operational support to nursing and healthcare team members.
• Set department goals, track progress, communicate risks, and coordinate decisions with leadership.
• Maintain and improve policies and processes to meet Joint Commission, federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Manage escalations and coordinate resources around patients’ age-specific and clinical needs.
• Lead quality improvement by reducing process variation, eliminating redundancy, and implementing appropriate technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a master’s degree, or a master’s degree in nursing. Applicants with a bachelor’s degree who are within one year of completing a master’s program may be considered.
• At least three years of nursing or healthcare experience with increasing responsibility.
• Basic Life Support certification and a current clinical license in the state where the hospital is located.
• Magnet-recognized certification for the relevant specialty area.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, data analysis, budgeting, change management, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and EMR systems.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• At least three years of supervisory or management experience.
