RN Clinical Nurse Mgr - Interventional Radiology - Full Time

hirify.global, through The Elliot, provides patient care and operates an interventional radiology department within an integrated health system.

What you will do

• Manage clinical nursing, interventional radiology, and support staff in the interventional radiology department.
• Ensure department operations comply with regulatory agencies, state statutes, and practice standards, including DNV, TJC, CMS, HIPAA, and ACR.
• Promote evidence-based clinical practice and support departmental education programs.
• Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives with organizational and clinical leadership.
• Participate in business and marketing planning for the department.
• Interview and select employees, manage personnel activities, establish performance expectations, coach staff, and conduct performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BSN or higher degree in nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse registration in the State of New Hampshire.
• Minimum of three years of recent clinical experience.
• BLS life support authorization required within six months of hire.
• Professional specialty certification required within six months of hire.
