Head of Workplace Propositions (Pensions): Defining and delivering workplace pensions and savings proposition strategy for a major financial services business with an accent on customer outcomes, commercial growth, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. Focus on designing scalable propositions, anticipating market and regulatory change, influencing executive stakeholders, and leading high-performing proposition teams.
Location: Hybrid, based in Edinburgh, Bristol or London, with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site.

What you will do
- Define and deliver the Workplace proposition strategy.
- Anticipate market, regulatory and customer trends and shape the business response.
- Lead the design and development of commercially viable, scalable and compliant workplace propositions.
- Partner with Workplace, Retirement, Wealth and Investment teams on customer-focused solutions, product strategy and growth opportunities.
- Oversee proposition risks, controls, product governance and Consumer Duty outcomes.
- Lead, inspire and develop proposition and technical specialists while strengthening organisational capability.
Requirements
- Significant experience in workplace pensions, retirement, savings, investments or a related financial services business.
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful customer propositions and strategic initiatives.
- Strong commercial, strategic and customer focus.
- Experience influencing executive and senior stakeholders, with strong external communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
- Experience leading high-performing teams, developing talent and managing competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Established industry profile in workplace pensions, savings or retirement.
- Experience operating at Executive Committee or senior governance level.
