(Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform - Core (SaaS): Building and evolving the foundational engine of a trust platform, including orchestration and decisioning logic, no-code tooling, governance, auditability, and developer experience with an accent on scalable APIs, SDKs, documentation, and transparent decision flows. Focus on designing robust routing and failover mechanisms, enabling non-technical users to create complex logic, and translating long-term platform strategy into an executable roadmap.

What you will do
- Own the core engine and foundational tooling of the Trust Platform.
- Develop orchestration, conditional routing, failover, and decisioning capabilities with a focus on robustness, scalability, and performance.
- Improve the no-code Studio experience so non-technical users can create complex decision logic.
- Deliver version control, audit logs, governance, and transparency into platform decisions.
- Improve developer experience through API design, documentation, SDKs, and sandbox environments.
- Define and prioritize the platform roadmap while collaborating with Engineering, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Commercial teams, and customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in an API-based SaaS company.
- End-to-end experience with product strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with platforms, orchestration engines, no-code or low-code tools, APIs, SDKs, or developer-facing products.
- Ability to make concrete product decisions based on a strong understanding of developer experience.
- Experience planning or executing customer migrations to a new platform.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to engineering teams, senior stakeholders, customers, and internal enablement audiences.

- Experience in Solution Engineering or a similar role.
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environments.
