Product Manager Digital Workplace (Microsoft 365)

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; hybrid work with remote work available several days per week from France

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital workplace solutions, including self-service, digital employee experience, and collaboration tools.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners responsible for self-service and digital employee experience.
• Build and lead a squad delivering digital workplace initiatives and support project execution.
• Drive strategic projects such as Move2Nom, Contact Deflection, and integrations, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Hospitality Tech, vendors, HR, regional IT teams, hotel operations, and business owners.
• Ensure governance, compliance, licensing optimization, secure-by-design practices, adoption, service quality, and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Workplace, collaboration platforms, or endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of modern device management and provisioning models, including Intune Autopilot and Cloud PC concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Saviynt and/or OneIdentity Active Roles.
• Ability to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver user-centric solutions in a global, matrixed environment.
