Physical Therapist - Split Between Pelvic Health/Orthopedic, Full-Time Days (Sign-On Bonus Offered)

Location: Outpatient Oakbrook Rehab Clinic, Oakbrook, Illinois. Full-time, Monday through Friday, with two evening shifts until 7:00 p.m.

Salary: USD 41.50–56.03 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible external candidates.

What you will do

• Provide direct physical therapy care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Evaluate patients, select appropriate treatment modalities, perform re-evaluations, and adjust treatment plans.
• Manage patient care from initial contact through discharge, collaborating with treating PTAs and healthcare professionals.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, daily responses, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients and contribute to committees, process improvement, service development, and departmental projects.
• Support clinical education by mentoring interns, serving as a clinical instructor, and participating in orientation and in-service activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience with expertise in pelvic health rehabilitation.
• Experience treating orthopedic and general musculoskeletal conditions.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including two evening shifts until 7:00 p.m.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
