APP (Advanced Practice Provider)

Salary: $135,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Practice relationship-based primary care at the top of license.
• Provide preventive care, wellness support, chronic disease management, health education, and urgent visits.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Work autonomously while collaborating through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.
• Use clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• Active professional license and current ANCC or AANP board certification for nurse practitioners, or current NCCPA board certification for physician associates.
• Independent practice authorization is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Full Practice Authority is strongly preferred where applicable under state guidelines.
• Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Federal DEA registration is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
