What you will do

• Administer and score standardized psychological and neuropsychological test batteries through video telehealth platforms and digital assessment tools such as Q-interactive.
• Enter subtest scores and psychometric data accurately into the EMR.
• Build rapport with pediatric patients and young adults, manage attention and fatigue, and document behavioral observations related to effort, affect, and testing validity.
• Guide families through webcams, audio, digital interfaces, and basic connectivity or software troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with supervising neuropsychologists on battery selection, testing modifications, and timely report completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a closely related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of direct experience administering and scoring standardized neuropsychological tests.
• Hands-on experience with instruments including WISC-V, WIAT-IV, K-TEA 3, NEPSY II, and D-KEFS.
• Proficiency with EMRs, HIPAA-compliant video platforms, and digital assessment software.
• Private, quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable high-speed internet required.
• Strong accuracy in scoring, psychometric data entry, documentation, and remote communication with children.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• Certified Specialist in Psychometry credential through the BCP.
