Onsite Warehouse Support Specialist (WMS)

Location: Onsite at 340 Remington Blvd., Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440, United States

Salary: $50,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Run daily cycle counts and inventory control processes using written SOPs and partner resources.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform physical location checks, and reconcile inventory variances within a 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root causes of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Complete merchant-requested audits and resolve inventory-related requests through the ticketing system within a 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate operational updates and inventory concerns to onsite operations leaders and present weekly performance reports.
• Follow food safety, product quality, compliance, traceability, and record-keeping requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management system software; RF scanner experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently onsite without direct supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, reading comprehension, time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand or walk continuously during an 8–10 hour shift or longer as business needs require.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and push or pull frequently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
