Warehouse Receiving Supervisor

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, USA; onsite warehouse role with up to 15% travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events.

Salary: $50,000–$70,000 base salary annually; estimated OTE of $50,000–$70,000.

What you will do

• Lead warehouse operations covering receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory management.
• Supervise team performance through coaching, support, mentoring, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
• Resolve warehouse issues and develop process improvements to address bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related functional area.
• At least 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory, reporting, employee performance, and productivity systems.
• Intermediate ability to interpret technical instructions and guides.
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
