Inventory Control Associate (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Onsite at the Port Wentworth, Georgia warehouse

Salary: $24.25–$26.25 per hour, plus potential overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and a peak-season bonus of up to $1,600

What you will do

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts to maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
• Investigate and resolve damaged, misplaced, missing, and otherwise unavailable products.
• Inspect inbound units and warehouse stock, process non-conforming items, and document overages, shortages, and damage.
• Complete putaway audits, relabel products, and use warehouse management systems, handheld devices, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Operate order pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks to access and move inventory, including at elevated heights.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while collaborating with Receiving, Shipping, Returns, and other teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of cycle-counting experience.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work an 8+ hour shift in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds independently and team lift up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals in English.
• PIV certification for cherry picker, reach truck, or electric pallet jack operation, or willingness to complete training.
