Location: Wilmington, Ohio, United States; onsite distribution center role

Salary: $60,000–$76,410 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate the shipping team’s daily activities, startup meetings, workload distribution, and operational priorities.
• Resolve production and shipping problems while ensuring safe, timely, and accurate work.
• Train, mentor, evaluate, and provide continuous feedback to direct reports.
• Handle employee timekeeping, payroll-related activities, hiring, performance management, and employee relations.
• Collect and communicate shipping data to support forecasting, staffing decisions, and operational trend analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of work experience; eight years required for full proficiency.
• Experience with E1, RF barcoding technology, and material handling systems.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication, professional presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, FileMaker databases, and distribution-center shipping operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory accuracy and control, receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counting, serial-number control, and discrepancy resolution.
• Experience with problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and operational follow-through.
