Logistics Specialist (Full Time)

Location: Denver, Colorado; physical retail, in-store

Salary: $22.00 per hour; full-time position. The starting rate is fixed for new hires.

What you will do

• Receive, unload, process, label, store, and replenish inventory across the stockroom and sales floor.
• Conduct daily audits and cycle counts while maintaining accurate carton-level quantity, condition, and location records.
• Investigate and resolve overages, shortages, damages, discrepancies, and other inventory exceptions.
• Monitor aging inventory, process markdowns, coordinate vendor returns, and support recall-related activities.
• Use inventory scanners, ticketing systems, and reporting tools to track shipments and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with logistics leaders, retail teams, visual merchandising, and operational partners to improve store execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of inventory control experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to read and understand English and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, adaptability, reliability, and accountability.
• Comfort using inventory systems, scanners, ticketing tools, and preferably Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the day, work nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
