ICT Project Manager (Microsoft/ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Lead ICT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring milestones, deliverables, scope, quality, and business objectives are achieved.
• Manage project plans, schedules, governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate project boards, business stakeholders, suppliers, delivery teams, and project activities.
• Manage delivery using Agile methodologies and modern project management practices.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, status reports, and steering committee materials.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years as an ICT Project Manager or in a comparable project delivery role.
• Master’s degree or equivalent Level 7 qualification.
• At least one recognised certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PM² Agile, or an equivalent international certification.
• Experience leading medium-to-large ICT projects and applying project management and Agile delivery methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Agile Boards, plus projects involving Microsoft technologies and ServiceNow applications.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with strong communication, presentation, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
