What you will do

• Lead small- to large-scale projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, metrics, and dashboards.
• Coordinate business, technical, operational, and cross-functional teams across locations and regions.
• Manage governance, risks, issues, scope changes, dependencies, quality, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Coordinate business cases, documentation, testing, validation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train project participants and business partners on PMO tools, processes, and working methods.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant project management experience and significant experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong project, task, resource, budget, schedule, risk, stakeholder, and negotiation management skills.
• Experience managing multiple project teams across locations or functions and working with senior, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and facilities, project management software, and Microsoft Office.
• English required for cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with quality systems, validation, compliance, regulatory projects, change management, or continuous improvement.
• PMP, formal project management, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
