Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Platform Engineering and infrastructure initiatives, including planning, sequencing, risk management, and status reporting.
• Build milestone schedules and work breakdown structures covering design, procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and handover.
• Coordinate vendors, architects, infrastructure teams, contractors, and external partners across site delivery activities.
• Break technical initiatives into epics, work packages, and sprint-sized tasks while maintaining project tracking in Jira.
• Manage dependencies, blockers, risks, scope changes, design changes, schedule impact, cost, and standards compliance.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and site acceptance, including documentation, as-built materials, and handover to Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably with infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering teams.
• Strong practical experience with Agile delivery, Agile ceremonies, team workflows, and Jira epics, sprints, story points, and dashboards.
• Experience building work breakdown structures for complex, multi-phase technical programs.
• Ability to understand network, systems, or cloud infrastructure designs and assess scope, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams and multiple stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
• Ability to start the workday between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM CET/CEST.

Nice to have

• Construction experience and the ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with BigPicture or Advanced Roadmaps.
• Experience with data centers, network infrastructure, hyperscale, or edge computing environments.
• Familiarity with PMO or PPMO governance and intake processes.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
