Signature Services Clinician CMA - Concierge Medicine

Location: 600 N. Westmoreland, Lake Forest, Illinois, United States; onsite, full-time, day shift

Salary: $21.26–$27.64 per hour

What you will do

• Take patient vitals, greet patients, escort them throughout the day, and support their needs.
• Coordinate patient schedules and act as a liaison with hospital departments, physician offices, and clinical staff.
• Identify and resolve care delivery or scheduling issues and notify appropriate leadership when deviations occur.
• Collect requisitions, medical reports, billing statements, and other information for physicians and administrators.
• Prepare rooms, patient meals or snacks, exit packets, and materials for scheduled conferences or debriefs.
• Educate patients about protocols and testing details and administer injections when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Illinois LPN or EMT licensure, or an approved national medical assistant certification, is required.
• American Heart Association-accredited BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Zero to two years of customer service or related experience.
• Proficiency with office equipment and strong computer skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One to two years of ambulatory care experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
