Rehabilitation Patient Liaison Float Locations-Part-time Days

Location: On-site, floating between outpatient rehabilitation clinics in Aurora, Bartlett, Batavia, Bloomingdale, Geneva, Glen Ellyn, Lisle, Naperville, St. Charles, Warrenville, Wheaton, and Winfield, Illinois

Salary: $19.60–$25.48 per hour

What you will do

• Provide department reception, answer calls, greet patients and staff, and coordinate clerical requests.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel rehabilitation evaluations and follow-up visits across clinic locations.
• Manage patient arrivals, demographic, insurance, billing, order, and registration information in EPIC.
• Monitor EPIC work queues, authorizations, charges, orders, wait lists, and end-of-day processing.
• Coordinate paperwork, scanning, faxing, payment collection, daily reconciliation, and documentation for insurers and physician offices.
• Support therapist schedules, meetings, clinic setup, supplies, and department projects.

Requirements

• Two years of front-office experience with computer use.
• High school graduation.
• Successful completion of EPIC training for scheduling and registration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, department staff, and clinical teams.
• Ability to work on-site and float between the listed outpatient rehabilitation clinics in Illinois.
