Client Officer Senior

Location: In office at 525 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $24.46–$36.69 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support branch operations, client transactions, cash handling, workflow planning, and operational reviews.
• Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop banking office sales and service colleagues.
• Promote bank products and services, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support client retention and relationship growth.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulations, legal requirements, audit procedures, and risk-management standards.
• Support new-account opening, account maintenance, service requests, client profiling, and branch sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in branch operations.
• Must be in good standing under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act and registered or licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or eligible for registration.
• Knowledge of bank policies, products, regulatory compliance, audit procedures, and strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and computer skills.
