Assembly Solutions Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite production role. Schedule: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $80,255.98–$100,319.96 per year in California, depending on qualifications and experience. Commission/Bonus Plan: Branch Pool Plan.

What you will do

• Oversee production operations, assign work, coordinate priorities, and ensure production targets, customer requirements, and deadlines are met.
• Directly manage production employees, including time-card oversight, training, performance reviews, and escalation of HR issues.
• Coordinate packaging, PTN, finished-goods, and shipment processes with engineering planning, shipping, HR, quality, and manufacturing management.
• Maintain safety and quality standards, participate in production meetings, and improve departmental quality programs.
• Support new-product transitions into manufacturing by confirming documentation and production readiness.
• Resolve equipment and personnel issues and improve workflow efficiency using current manufacturing business systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical assembly and the ability to understand mechanical and electrical schematics and drawings.
• Leadership, planning, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong record of success in the industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Engineering Change Notice and documentation-control processes.
