Business Controller (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Perform financial analyses, KPI monitoring, variance analyses, and financial simulations for business decision-making.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly management reporting and presentations with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes.
• Consolidate stakeholder inputs, validate forecast consistency, and monitor deviations with actionable recommendations.
• Improve planning assumptions, forecasting methodologies, financial transparency, and controlling effectiveness.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives across controlling, reporting, and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in business controlling, FP&A, financial reporting, or a similar finance function.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with global stakeholders.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or other reporting and planning tools.
• Additional language skills.
