Manufacturing Manager (Aseptic Manufacturing)

Salary: €78,613.10–€106,358.90 per year

What you will do

• Lead a shift of 20+ Manufacturing Process Technicians and Senior Associates.
• Oversee formulation and aseptic filling of drug products in syringes and vials while maintaining GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage production scheduling, daily team meetings, documentation, batch records, and electronic batch records.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and product transfer to a new filling line.
• Lead shift-level problem solving and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Materials Management, Technical Services, and Human Resources.
• Coach aseptic practices, develop employees, identify training needs, support performance reviews, implement lean improvements, and assist with regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• 5+ years of experience in syringe or vial aseptic manufacturing operations, or demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Previous experience managing and leading teams, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and team development.
• Knowledge of GMP, EH&S, RFT techniques, lean manufacturing, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proficient computer skills, including Electronic Batch Records (PAS/X), QMTS, and MAPs.
• Fluent English required; work is based at the Dublin manufacturing site.
