Sr. Utilities Engineer – System Owner (Pharmaceutical Utilities)

Salary: €70,408.90–€95,259.10 per year

What you will do

• Own and troubleshoot assigned site utility systems, including steam, hot water, process water, clean utilities, gases, electrical systems, fire protection, detection, and process waste systems.
• Lead root-cause analyses, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, quality-system triage, and risk-mitigation activities.
• Monitor system performance, analyze trends, maximize uptime, and drive continuous and predictive maintenance improvements.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Labs, and Environment, Health and Safety on performance, quality, safety, and environmental issues.
• Plan maintenance shutdowns, oversee preventive maintenance, manage critical spare parts, and complete related CMMS work orders.
• Lead design reviews and system interfaces with BMS or PCS, and develop and execute FAT, SAT, and IOQ protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience as an equipment owner or in a supporting equipment ownership role.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting utility or process systems, including electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems.
• Knowledge of GMP and nGMP systems, statistical analysis tools, continuous improvement methods, and applied engineering.
