What you will do

• Lead manufacturing operations and production teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end batch release activities, deviation management, problem-solving reports, and corrective actions.
• Ensure production complies with cGMP, safety standards, approved procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
• Review and approve manufacturing records, quality documentation, system changes, and validation or revalidation activities.
• Train, assess competence, and manage the performance of team members against SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Set team goals and contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing, including batch release or quality operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
• 1–2 years of experience in sterile manufacturing or aseptic processing.
• Detailed knowledge of cGMP, manufacturing processes, health and safety, and legal requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with an understanding of site KPIs.
