What you will do

• Oversee New Product Introduction, Life Cycle Management, and major CAPEX projects for formulation and aseptic filling areas.
• Manage daily work, priorities, resources, and deliverables for manufacturing project teams.
• Coach and develop Operations Leads while fostering collaboration across departments.
• Deliver project plans and implement solutions for process improvement opportunities.
• Support quality system investigations and protect product quality and patient safety.
• Coordinate with management and support corporate, FDA, HPRA, and other regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• Strong GMP and applicable GxP knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience in syringe or vial aseptic drug product manufacturing operations, or demonstrated leadership capacity with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, coach and mentor others, and evaluate project resource requirements.
