What you will do

• Conduct desk-based and on-site monitoring reviews of programs serving unaccompanied children.
• Review policies, procedures, case files, records, and operational practices for compliance and effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data and documentation to identify trends, risks, findings, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to care providers, federal staff, service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare monitoring reports, recommendations, corrective action plans, and follow-up documentation.
• Track corrective actions and support quality improvement, assessments, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Public Policy, Child Welfare, or a related field.
• At least four years of relevant professional experience in program monitoring, compliance, quality assurance, child welfare, case management, social services, or related fields.
• Experience conducting program reviews, compliance assessments, audits, or quality assurance evaluations.
• Experience providing technical assistance or consultation to service providers, program staff, or stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, writing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
