Sr Strategic Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-Flex in North Carolina, United States, with a few in-office visits each year; the office is located at the Durham headquarters.

Salary: $89,174–$142,679 per year, plus annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify and implement healthcare redesign, provider reimbursement, partnership, and market offer strategies.
• Support the development and maintenance of healthcare products and market offerings.
• Lead strategic planning, complex financial and qualitative analysis, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Present strategic concepts, reimbursement rates, provider performance metrics, and impact assessments to internal and external audiences, including senior leadership.
• Coordinate portfolio progress and collaborate across departments as a subject matter expert in healthcare delivery transformation, reimbursement, and strategy.
• Monitor industry, regulatory, technology, and market trends and identify operational improvements through analysis, reporting, project management, and consulting approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with healthcare consulting, financial management, reimbursement, strategic planning, performance metrics, and reporting and analysis.
• Remote-Flex work requires virtual work with a few in-office visits each year; candidates must be located in an eligible state listed for the role.
