Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Gaffney, South Carolina, United States; onsite factory role

Salary: $27.55–$29.37 per hour, depending on experience. A $1,000 signing bonus, commission offers, and regular overtime are also available.

What you will do

• Supervise factory shift productivity, quality, safety, on-time delivery, and morale.
• Evaluate attendance and performance and take corrective action when standards are not met.
• Set employee schedules, approve overtime, and determine staffing requirements.
• Train new personnel and evaluate their performance.
• Communicate production conditions and rush-order requirements with customer service.
• Troubleshoot machine and other technical problems using available resources.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine problems.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn payroll and task-management software.
• Availability for Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. factory shifts in Gaffney, South Carolina.
