Location: Lowestoft, UK, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office; occasional offshore visits and travel to London and other business locations. Applicants must be UK-based and already have the right to work in the UK. Candidates based in or near Lowestoft are preferred; London-based candidates able to travel regularly may also be considered.

What you will do
- Deliver technical improvement projects from planning through execution and close-out, ensuring compliance with budget, quality, HSE, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Improve maintenance strategies, repair solutions, risk mitigation measures, and operational processes for the East Anglia 3 offshore wind farm.
- Lead ROV and geophysical subsea inspection campaigns, including preparation, site coordination, execution oversight, and reporting.
- Manage technical tenders and Balance of Plant retrofit, repair, and improvement campaigns.
- Provide technical oversight of Balance of Plant scope, contracts, change management, issue resolution, work deferrals, and lifecycle decisions.
- Own digital O&M tools such as FUSION, Motion, iAuditor, and SAP, supporting data quality and more efficient operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and already have the right to work in the UK.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in physics, mathematics, or engineering, or Level 3 NVQ/Advanced Apprenticeship.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in renewables, power generation, or a related technical environment.
- Experience with risk-based strategies, continuous improvement projects, technical studies, and project management, including projects of approximately £100k.
- Technical knowledge relevant to offshore wind, such as structures, cables, high-voltage equipment, SCADA, drivetrains, electronics, or data analysis.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments, with strong planning, communication, reporting, analysis, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- Project Management or Asset Management qualifications.
- Knowledge of the traditional energy industry, project administration, and legal matters.
- Experience preparing digital systems for implementation and knowledge of programming languages.
